On Trill, Captain Burnham, Book, and Culber must pass a dangerous test to prove themselves worthy of the next clue. Adira reconnects with Gray and Saru’s first day as ambassador is complicated by his engagement to T’Rina. Rayner “connects” with the crew of Discovery.
A decent episode, but not as exciting as the first two. I can’t say I’ll miss the Adira/Blue relationship. It always felt too juvenile for my tastes.
I’m curious to see how Rayner fits into the crew. I’m getting a Liam Shaw vibe from him, like he’ll make some swing to being a fan-favorite just in time for him to sacrifice himself heroically.
And more Jett Reno, please. Like, give her her own show. I need this.
I feel like this seasons plot was made for a Star Trek Discovery video game, but they decided to use it for the season instead.
That’s…not far off the mark. This would make for a standard video game plot.
I’d play the hell out of that game, mind you.
Ditto. Absolutely, ditto.
Honestly, I would pay serious money for a good Star Trek game. Something not mobile and not a MMO.
