Anime News Network is reporting that starting this week and continuing over the next three years, the production company found by Ozamu Tezuka, Tezuka Productions, will be putting every single work made by Ozamu Tezuka online for free, in honor of the late writer/artist/director’s 80th birthday.

Among the genre series included in this would be Astro Boy, Phoenix, the Metropolis manga (dunno if the movie counts, as that was directed by Katsuhiro Otomo), Black Jack, and many, many other works.
