Anime Vice is reporting that people are finding the English translation of the novel “The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya” (which the anime series is adapted from) on shelves earlier than the planned street date of April 1st. Apparently some Barnes & Noble’s have been breaking the street date.

I’ve seen some of the show, and I liked it, and the entire show is in my Netflix queue, and I will be watching it just as soon as I finish with Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex. Anyway, the book has caught my attention, so, if stores are breaking street dates, I might as give you a heads up, if you can’t wait until April 1st.
