“Enterprise” Spoilers

Brannon Braga, co-creator for the latest Trek series, spilled the beans as to what’s in store for Archer and company next season.

Looks like they listened to fan comments and are moving forward on some very positive things.

"Enterprise" resumes on September 18th.

    The Birth of the Federation

The birth of the Federation: “The birth of the Federation will be hinted at in ‘Shockwave II.’ It will be hinted at. And in the back of our minds, that’s something that may play a part in the series. We’re not sure to what extent, but we definitely begin to hint at such far-reaching things in that episode.”

Not that I want this series to end anytime soon, but I think the Opening Ceremony of the UFP should be the final episode of “Enterprise.” And perhaps our friend Archer could be the first human representative.

That’s what I’ve always envisioned for the show. Then again I also envisioned a messy torpedo room accident for Chakotay. We can’t have everything.

…and he’s damn sure WE know, too
I laughed when I read “We’ve been very careful. The continuity is airtight. Believe me. We know. We know.” Yep. When your audience tends to know the history and characters inside-out, you better know. :)

His comments are promising, and I’m looking forward to season 2 with bated breath.
