    Troy?
What is this. Have you reported on it before? I don’t recognize a series/movie named Troy (I thought you said “Tron” and got scared!) :)

Troy is a retelling of the Torjan War story. I
can live with Brad Pitt if Helen looks anything like the
      Helen in mythology.

I first reported on the film here. There’s no entry in IMDB as yet.

    Hey, give Brad a chance…
Darn, and I was hoping that “Troy” would be watchable.
Come on, Brad’s not that bad. As long as he’s not in the film because of his looks (Legends of the Fall and ilk), he usually does a decent job – witness Kalifornia, Fight Club and Twelve Monkeys. Seems to depend on how well the director uses him, so I’ll still be watching out for Troy.

I have to agree, when cast as a psychopath Brad Pitt has been surprisingly effective.

    Good choice as actor
Brad pit is an amazing actor really. He pulls of psychos the best I think, but he’s done well in some other dramatic types. At first I thought he was all loooks and no talent, but the more movies I watch with him as lead actor the more I’m impressed. and I’m a straight male.

    TROY
As Achilles means ‘no lips’, and the hero himself, though golden and beautiful was supposed to have a lip problem, Brad Pitt’s gonna need some surgery. But for Eric Bana to play Hector, that’s perfect, and if you’ve seen Diane Hiedkruger who is to play Helen, well, that’s just about perfect too! Orlando Bloom looks beautiful enough to play Paris, but Paris was a wimp, and couldn’t fight OR nock an arrow, so we’ll all have to have temporary amnesia with regard to the Legolas skills. Brendan Gleeson will be perfect for Menelaous who was a chubby, unattractive husband for the beautiful Helen. But maybe Wolfgang Petersen needs to watch Craig Parker’s magnificent death scene in The Two Towers, he looks great in battle, and dies well. Marton Csokas would also be a fabulous addition, as anyone who has seen xXx would agree. All in all, I can’t wait to see it!

    part of it is bull!
Well I have to admit the movie is good and all but it had a lot of bull. WEll at first they sould of not changed the story becuase people that actualy know it are going to think that it is total bull. Also brad would of actually looked better if he would of gotten the paper of Paris, because Acilis did not fit his personality in self.
