Trek 11 Information Misreported?
According to Empire, J. J. Abrams has stated the information about Star Trek XI was released without the consent of anybody actually involved in the production. J.J. Abrams to direct Star Trek XI
According to Variety, J.J. Abrams (director of Mission: Impossible 3) is at the helm of the next Star Trek movie. The movie is to be another prequel, this time dealing with the first mission of James T. Kirk and Mr. Spock. Damen Lindelof and Bryan Burk, producers of Lost, will also be working on the project.
