Weekly Comics Discussion – September 14, 2011
The second full week of DC’s New 52 is here, with 13 more issues to be reviewed this week. The complete list of titles is available here.
New 52 Review – “Swamp Thing #1”
Another former Vertigo star is being relaunched this week. This is the last of the week one reviews. Join us for week two tomorrow night!
New 52 Review – “Stormwatch #1”

New 52 Review – “O.M.A.C. #1”
New 52 Review – “Men of War #1”
One of the titles billed as a diversification of the line, this extra large issue kicks off a war anthology title.
New 52 Review – “Justice League International #1”
This “relaunch” is less relaunch and more “getting the band back together,” taking the core of the recent (and excellent) “Justice League: Generation Lost” series and inserting it into the new continuity.
New 52 Review – “Hawk and Dove #1”
A pair of heroes brought to the front lines in recent issues of Brightest Day and Birds of Prey also have a title of their own now.
