Star Trek: Prodigy

Comments Blaine: As of December 29, we have seen the end of the first 20 episode season. (The initial order was for two 20 episode seasons with option to renew, but that was with Nickelodeon before the merger. The two season order will be honored, but no word on what happens next.) Not a single one of them has been bad. That’s not something that I can say about any other Star Trek series in the history of the franchise. If you haven’t already given this a try, now is the perfect time to start.

Finally, the picks of the week. Alex says, “My pick of the week is the Criterion Collection release The Adventures of Baron Munchausen in the highest resolution you can play – it’s probably my favorite Terry Gilliam movie.” Blaine says, “I’m going with Star Trek: Prodigy, although Muchausen has been on my ‘to watch’ list (and in my DVD collection) for over a decade.”
