Now, there’s no hard and fast rule about what constitutes a “slasher movie”, but I went with some lists of popular films in the subgenre to come up with these thirty movies.

I had to argue with my wife to delay the official opening of Spooky Season until October. We compromised and she was allowed to look at (and buy) new seasonal decorations starting with September. (I named her Salem.)
Dorky – 7 right, 7 points – I named the overarching double feature for the last one, I am taking that point! (When I saw it in the theater, that was the name.)
Geeky – 3 right, 0 points – I actually saw one of these!
Nerdy – 0 right, 0 points – Wait, they were in that?
No mention of Cabin in the Woods, which I enjoyed and I planned on rewatching soon. I mention that because it was my wrong guess on an answer, and it sounds like you’d enjoy it, Brian!

I LOVE Cabin in the Woods. It makes an appearance in a later episode this month (it spreads over several genres).
I guess I better rewatch it sooner, rather than later.
