Ready for more music trivia? Good. Because we’ve got one of the biggest bands in history for our final music trivia episode of Season Seven. Beatles Trivia.
Dorky – 7 right, 7 points –
Geeky – 4 right, 8 points – That movie is Inara’s favorite, and has been since she saw it as a toddler.
Nerdy – 1 right, 3 points – As soon as I heard the first letter, I remembered the assassin’s name.
I enjoy Beatles music, I know a bit, but I don’t think I ever claimed fandom. I think it’s just because the people I know who are fans are fans to the degree that they have a kid named “Jude”.
Jude is popular (at least in Catholic circles) for people who have undergone trauma and made it through (St. Jude is the patron saint of lost causes).
That sounds insulting. 😆
Patient: “Man this cancer looks bad…”
Catholic: “Yup, let’s pray to St. Jude, because you’re totally a lost cause. Did you make funeral arrangements yet? Maybe we should get that done first?”
I also know this guy explicitly picked it because he was a Beatles fan. Same as how I might claim my daughter was named after a daughter of the Hittite Storm-god, but everyone (especially on this site) knows where Inara’s name really came from.
Yeah…that’d be Catholicism in a nutshell. Some take it seriously. Some (like me) develop a dark sense of humor.
Back, back in the Bureau!
