  1. I like it.
I viewed the pilot online. It was worth the view. We haven’t seen enough yet to tell if it will veer of into supernatural cheesy, which I don’t like. But so far, it seems like they might keep it serious enough that I’ll watch. I’m definitely giving it a try.

        Link Please??

Journeyman, Chuck, Bionic Woman and Life were available for free from Amazon Unbox/TiVo, but they seem to have been taken down since they premiere this week.

  2. Too similar
It seems to familiar to some other old shows, like Quantum Leap, and I can’t think of what else, but I did like, at the end how he’d hidden the ring and the newspaper under the deck and went outside to prove to his wife he was telling the truth. I always hate shows that estrange people from their spouses because of something that is not of their control….

    Just my thoughts,

  3. Boring
I like the Quantum Leap like aspect of this show and so I really want to give it a chance, but, the pilot was really boring.

They should have extended the storyline with his wife out into more episodes by not making his absences so dramatic so soon and used the time in the episode to build more of a connection for the audience with the person he was trying to help.

They should have extended the storyline with his wife out into more episodes…

It wouldn’t have worked very well… he needs someone who believes him, someone who cares about him, that he can use as a sounding board for his emotions and confusion … someone who can serve as a counter point to his "dead" ex-fiance who also seems to time travel. *She* can be his "guide" but she can’t be as compassionate as his wife because if she cared about him that much she would explain everything to him to and then we’d all know and the show would be boring.

Sure, the "dead" ex-fiance can be his guide, but where the hell has she been all these years and why pull him into this lifestyle NOW? Honestly, by the time it got to the end, I was more interested in the wife aspect than the results of the travel…
Since it’s on after Heroes, I’ll prally give it another go. There really isn’t much to watch on TV these days… although I’m hoping that Moonlight is good and I’m definitely glad it’s not on directly against Doctor Who…

This one is the least of the new shows to me, it just didn’t grab me until the end, when I rather liked his solution to the problems of finding his "charge" (for lack of a better term) and dealing with his wife. I also liked that things weren’t as they seemed in the end, but I’m not sure it’s going to hang on to me even so…

  4. kinda slow
I only watched it because someone said it might be good… It was relatively boring. The end at least added some mystery and I will watch a few more shows to find out whether I like it or not.
