Ray Bradbury just doesn’t know when to say when. He just finished writing — with pad and pen, mind you — a new adaptation of The Illustrated Man for the Sci-Fi Channel. He’s also involved in a new adaptation of Fahrenheit 451, and about a zillion other movie projects, and he’s got several new books due out later this year. If you can wrap your head around so many projects, read all about ’em.

has posted an alleged synopsis of the first few scenes of “Broken Bow,” the
pilot of “Star Trek: Enterprise.” You know what to do…
Interview: Anthony “Kenneth Irons” Cistaro
It’s long been a SF axiom that the bad guys are cooler
than the good guys. Nobody knows why it works that way,
it just does.
Maybe not this time around… Sara Pezzini, holder of the
Witchblade, is pretty darn cool as “good guys” go. On

B5 Rangers Preview
As had been rumored, the first previews of “Babylon 5: Legend of the Rangers” are online at scifi.com. You’ll have to register with them to watch, though. All previews are in RealPlayer format.
Eye Candy: New Harry Potter Poster
The subject line pretty much says it all, friends. This is the new poster promoting the Harry Potter movie; for the graphically challenged, it shows a whole lot of small boats cruising towards Hogwarts.

Classic Doctor Who, Now In Stop-Motion
Okay, it’s not really stop-motion, but if you blink your eyes really fast maybe it’ll look that way…
The BBC is preparing to launch a collection of Web pages that will combine scripts and still shots from some of the lost episodes of Doctor Who (the early and mid 1960s, basically), and turn ’em into nifty photonovels. Read all about it.
No X-Cameos For Duchovny

Space: (Almost) The End Of The Universe
As far as can be told, no restaurants are there, but Sloan Digital Sky Survey did just find the two oldest quasars known, created when the universe was a meager 800 million years old. The SDSS press release, complete with astronomical jargon, is here; a more friendly AP version is here.
Jackie Chan, Hardcore Thespian
Once again, it’s not strictly SF, but Jackie Chan is just cool…
Anyway, he’s gonna take a shot at “real” (i.e. dramatic) acting in “Tuxedo,” directed by Spielberg himself. Should be fun. Full skinny.
