Amazon acquiring ComiXology
It was announced earlier today that Amazon is acquiring ComiXology, which will retain its identity as a subsidiary in a deal to be completed this quarter (i.e. on or before June 30.) No other details seem to be available at this time. It sounds like a “keep doing what you are doing with more resources to back you and we’ll share your profits” deal at this point, but we can’t be certain just yet. We’ll keep you updated on this.

Movie Review – “Captain America: The Winter Soldier”
If you follow Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., watch this movie before Tuesday. Also, be aware that this isn’t really a super hero movie, but is really a James Bond movie with much fancier technology. As always in a Marvel studios production, stay through all of the credits; there are two additional scenes in this one.
