After boring us with a filler episode for the second episode of the season, The Gifted comes back strong with multiple plot points happening this week, including the introduction of The Morlocks to the XTVU.1

Comic Television Discussion – Week beginning 7th October 2018
**blows Dust Cumulation off of discussion posts**
Woah, the new season is racing in, as The Flash, Black Lightning, and Riverdale join The Gifted as our weekly TV shows, and catching me off guard because I wasn’t paying attention. I am leaving out our animated shows, but let me know if anyone is watching any of them enough to include them. I don’t think we get any new Netflix shows until The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina joins us on the 26th.

The Gifted – unMoored
The Gifted continues with its second episode, but it does seem to hit the wall. My wife described this episode as “Filler”, which seems to fit last seasons pacing, but is not very good for the second episode of the season to be chained down so quickly.
The Gifted – eMergence
Season 2 of The Gifted drops like a newborn, and drops the X titles in favor of the M because of the Mutant on Mutant drama. Our first episode fast forwards us six months to set the stage for this season’s story.
Batwoman, Lois Lane join the CWDCTV ‘verse
The CW superhero shows announced a number of new developments in recent weeks, including:
Watchmen comes to HBO
HBO has confirmed the new Watchmen series, with some serious talent signed on, including Regina King, Jeremy Irons, Don Johnson, Louis Gossett Jr., and others. The long-discussed show will not be a literal adaptation of the groundbreaking graphic novel, though it will be set in its world and use material from the source.
So what will the show, due to start in 2019, be about?
The Handmaid’s Tale: “The Last Ceremony,” “Holly,” “Postpartum,” “The Word”
The Hand-Maid’s Tale concludes its second season, with one of its best episodes—and one of its most problematic and controversial developments.
The Expanse: “Congregation” and “Abaddon’s Gate”
The Expanse ends Season Three with an episode that expands the show’s horizons for a Season Four that will be happening.
The Expanse Review: “It Reaches Out,” “Intransigence,” “Dandelion Sky,” Fallen World”
The Expanse continues with its fourth third and, to date, best season, as characters old and new confront a thing both terrifying and unknown. The ring may be a Big Object, but it’s not a Dumb one.
Comic Television Discussion – Week beginning June 17th, 2018
As Supergir’s Delayed Cap to season three hits, DC leaves for their summer vacation, just in time as Cloak & Dagger might actually work together this episode. Meanwhile, if you thought that you finally would have some free time, Luke Cage drops from Harlem (or Netflix) to take up your entire weekend on Friday!
