The Walt Disney Corporation will be puchasing Marvel Comics for about four billion dollars.
I can’t wait to see the new Danger Room ride at Disneyland or the inevitable Avengers/Junior Woodchucks team-up.

Dark Reign summary to date
Looking at my work schedule and my promised reviews, I realize I can’t do everything I’ve promised to do. (I’m the “go to” guy for unexpected situations at work, and there’s going to be a whole heck of a lot of “going to” going on in the next few weeks.) Rather than completely drop all of my promises, I’ve decided to write a quick rundown of all of the Dark Reign titles to date, with brief outlines of what’s worth looking for and what impacts the others.

The final issue of Marvel’s latest cosmic event hit shelves this week. Two of the tie-in series arcs have yet to finish, and there’s a “War of Kings: Who Will Rule?” one-shot due in September before the full event wrap-up article comes.
