Story 2000

As of this article, 2000 stories have been posted to Bureau 42. We were thinking of reviewing 2001: A Space Odyssey in time for the next story, but the movie was already reviewed, and we won’t have time to read the book before tomorrow’s weekly comics discussion. A review of the film version of 2010 will be ready in time for that story. We do this for ourselves as much as we do it for you, so if anybody out there has any requests about what they want to see on this site, let us know below. Weekly Comics Discussion

This is a rare week, indeed. For once, I will be
getting none of the items that ship
this week
. There are some other items you might
want to look at, though, including the first issue of
the new X-Force, and trades collecting the
first story arcs of the MAX Punisher title,
and the Marvel Knights Spider-Man title. DC
is offering the Julie Schwartz tribute issue about
The Flash, the JLA/Avengers
hardcover edition, and a new issue of Gotham
Central
, a title which is well reviewed but not
well selling.
