This sounds like fun, and while I am typically good at name-that-tune, this is going to be limited to the musicals I’ve seen.
Dorky – 9 correct, 9 points – Three questions in before I think about wanting to go listen to music instead because you named earworms.
Geeky – 3 correct, 0 points – And this round starts with musicals I haven’t seen. – Ooooh! I haven’t thought of that one for a hot minute, I gotta go watch that one again! (–puts on a fedora–)
Nerdy – 0 correct, 0 points – I shoulda gotten at least one of those.
Next week: In case you’re going to mention it next week, I am jumping the gun and pointing out that the first thing ever sent over the internet were a request to log in, but it failed after the first two characters, so they had to restart. That means the first three letters in the internet were: LOL
Welcome to Season Seven.
I’m updating some of the stickers for Patreon rewards. If there are any you hate, let me know. I’ve got a few ideas for new stuff.
Hate is a strong word…
Especially considering I liked them all. The two I have prominent are the “Nerdy and I know it” (with extra googly eyes, thanks to Inara) and “It’s what I do” over by my Office Server. (There was another one over there originally, but that UPS it was on died and I forget what that one was.
I looked through them and only changed the 9th month sticker. The first is just the show’s logo and the other two I just like too much. I just don’t want long-time patrons having a bunch of duplicates.
Ironically, I don’t have any stickers. I need to get some. I do have a shirt from the RedBubble store.
I was raised on Rogers and Hammerstein and Gene Kelly, plus there’s the Best Picture podcast…
I got just over half, more in the first round than the last. I was driving when I did this a few hours ago so I forgot my exact totals, but I do remember that I got every musical I’ve actually seen and one I hadn’t (thanks to a relatively recent Weird Al polka).
I believe the one you’re talking about (via Weird Al) is available on Disney+. I do recommend it (especially with captions on to help catch what’s being said on your first watch).
