This week’s Arrow nicely sets up the major battle, as Ollie’s support team shines and Deathstroke and Blood unleash their army. I just wish the writers would spend a little less time at the Cheese Shop. Even a comic book fan can only take so much.

This week, Roy goes on a Mirakuru-induced rampage, Sin makes a welcome return to her supporting role, the flashbacks turn to YA drama, and a major character dies.
The conflict with Deathstroke builds– can they keep this going for four more episodes?

The blend of superheroics and soap opera hijinks continues on Arrow.
It can be interesting to see a secondary and tertiary characters take center stage, and Diggle has been one of the show’s best additions to the DCU. Unfortunately, this wasn’t one of the season’s stronger episodes. Still, we have an impressive number of guest-stars in what may be a pilot for another potential spin-off.
This week’s island-centric episode highlights the transformations of Oliver Queen and Slade Wilson.
Team Arrow takes on the Clock King against a backdrop of family drama.
Arrow follows last week’s strong offering with a choppy and frequently cheesy episode. “Heir to the Demon” does deliver on important story developments, however, and it devotes a fair bit of time to the Canary, and to a lesser-known daughter of Ra’s al Ghul.
