Arrow Review: “Vertigo”
Green Arrow doesn’t have many memorable villains, does he? This ep tried to give him one. Jethro reviews the results:
This week gave us some good character development (as usual) but sadly an extremely predictable plot, as well as a Muppet supervillain.
Arrow Review: “Trust But Verify”
I thought Arrow did Batman this week (more so than usual), especially with that comment near the end. My wife found it “superficial.”
Jethro, however, has considered the ep in some depth:
Fairly strong episode this week! John Barrowman tries to reconnect with his son (or IS HE?) while manipulating Moira. Speedy stumbles on some secrets (though perhaps not the ones we were expecting), while Oliver and Diggle get into a conflict over OH MY GOD IT’S BEN BROWDER.
Arrow Review: “Burned”
Arrow has returned, and our man Jethro has a review.
For the new year, we get a bunch of character development, and the vigilante gains some acceptance.
Arrow Discussion: “Year’s End”
We have no review for the final episode of 2012, but we can have a dicussion. Last week, a new archer arrived in town. Will his crimes be blamed on Ollie? And Can Ollie save the Queens’ Christmas party?

With its first non-arc episode, Arrow provides us with a lot of character development.
Arrow Review: “Damaged”
DC/WB’s breakout show fires off a somewhat weaker entry this time around, as Ollie plots to shake suspicion from himself. We do, however, learn more of his tortuous origins, we see the complexity of his plans, and we get a glimpse of Deathstroke.
Arrow Discussion: “An Innocent Man”
No review this week, but we’re interested in hearing what you have to say. At least one person knows Ollie’s secret now, and his initial response is not positive.
