Ollie returns to Starling City (again), as Arrow fires off a volley of hints about Season Two. You don’t have to pay attention to DC nerd tweets to know that Black Canary will be turning up this year– but can the Arrow’s established world support Flash, who will also be running through, on the way to his own series? And will this be Summer’s season?
So sign in and play the game! What did you make of “City of Heroes”?
Arrow makes audiences and cities quiver with its earth-shaking season finale. If you’re looking for unabashed comic-book on television, this one serves it up, complete with a megalomaniacal supervillain plot and cheesy speeches.
And yes, important characters die.
This week’s episode delivered more than usual. It’s hard to be a saint in the city.
If you’ve had thoughts on the past two eps of Arrow, here’s the place to discuss them.
From our Arrow expert, Jethro:
This week Oliver has to contend with another vigilante who goes after, among other people, Thea’s new boyfriend, while Moira ends up with blunt symbolism. Dinah’s search for Sarah comes to a conclusion.
I’ve got the review for this week’s episode, in which more characters deal with more secrets and someone else learns Ollie’s identity.
We have no review this week, but this is the place to discuss “Dodger,” in which a familiar-looking jewel thief arrives in Starling City, while Thea and Diggle make new friends.
Jethro sez:
Another strong episode. We get a huge amount of Island Exposition, and a new person is brought into the fold.
