Andromeda Discussion – “The Unconquerable Man”
What are those crazy cats up to on Gene Roddenberry’s other other show?
UPN OKs Two New Sci-Fi Pilots
Even though they passed on Firefly, UPN is going ahead with two new Sci-Fi pilots. SciFi Wire has the full scoop here.
Personnally neither premise sounds that interesting. Shoulda stuck with Firefly guys.
The Dead Zone Discussion – “Ascent”
Is the mayor of the Dead Zone trying to become a huge snake-like demon, or does the title mean something else entirely?
Charmed Discussion – “Centennial Charmed”
Sorry we’ve missed the last few Charmed discussions. Now that Angel has moved, I tend to forget there’s anything to watch on Sunday nights.
X-Files, Dark Angel DVD News
TV Shows On DVD is reporting that the seventh season of The X-Files will be released on DVD on May 13. One week later, Dark Angel: The Complete First Season will be released.
The Unified Timeline Of Everything
Maybe it’s random link/blog bait, but
The Unified Field Crossover History of the Universe
is just nifty. They cover Doctor Who, Buffy, Anne Rice’s novels,
Cthulhu, Tolkien, Xena, and in fact a whole lot of things.
Someone was very, very bored…
Farscape Post-Mortem
It appears that TV Guide Online has an interview with Sci-Fi channel exec, Bonnie Hammer and goes into exactly why “Farscape” got the axe.
You may or may not agree with her, but I gotta give kudos to Sci-Fi for at least giving some explanation. Doubtful you’ll hear anything from any of the “big boys.”
Dead Zone Discussion?
pythor writes, Since we’ve gotten these discussions going for several genre shows, how about one for The Dead Zone. This USA/SciFi Channel show follows Anthony Michael Hall(yeah, him. And boy has he changed since The Breakfast Club) as John Smith, a man who wakes after a 10 year coma to find he has premonitions of the future, and visions of past events. I didn’t originally consider this scifi, but since John Doe is similar, I figured I’d speak up. Here’s the first of them. What’s the general opinion of the show among those of you with USA Network?
