Nickvotrobeck writes, Actor Peter Boyle died last night at the age of 71. Best known recently for his role as Frank Barone on Everybody Loves Raymond, Boyle had a memorable career with roles such as The Monster in Mel Brooks’ Young Frankenstein and guest spots on Lois & Clark and The X-Files.
Browncoats Take Back The Sky
rickyjames writes, Hundreds of Firefly fans were left holding the bag when last weekend’s Flanvention was mysteriously canceled hours before opening. No problem for Browncoats, who organized the Browncoat Backup Bash in real-time on the fly. Several Big Damn Heros including Nathan Fillion and Adam Baldwin showed, proving that you really can’t take the sky from Browncoats.
