  1. Oooh, a new Dr. Strange series! Cool. Anyone heard anything about this (good or bad, premise (if any), etc)?

    • I’ve heard nothing about the series, though I understand that he went through some changes in recent comics and has been powered down a bit. This might make for a more interesting character. I only read him– and not much, mostly in Defenders– when I was a kid. His powers and limits seemed vaguely defined back then.

  2. I haven’t read Batman and Robin 10 yet but am I the only person who thinks that Grant Morrison needs to let it go? I still read Batman as well as Batman and Robin and I think the only reason why I still do is because Batman has the uncanny ability to pull himself out of any untolerable situation, even if it is just terrible story telling. I was pretty excited to see the Return of Bruce Wayne starting up until I saw the cover art. At no point in my life did I ever need a cavman or a pirate Batman. The character is just taking a beating as of late.

Also, does anyone else see an unsettling similarity between the death/return of batman and the death/return of Captain America?
