BSG Streaming New Episodes at Noon Fridays

joe__gee writes, It’s too late for this week’s episode, but it looks like Sci Fi will be streaming some content (whole episodes) on upcoming Fridays at noon ET from their web site. The stream cannot be paused or rewound, and it cannot be played in full screen. For your information, tonight’s episode is excellent. As proof that I saw it… If you want the spoilers I didn’t want (as I’m following on DVD, and behind) keep reading below.

‘Caprica’ gets the Green Light/’Bionic Woman’ not so lucky

Sci-Fi Channel has given the go-ahead to produce a 2-hour “backdoor” pilot for Caprica. The show will take place about 50 years before the Cylon attack on Caprica and will follow two families (the Greystones and the Adamas). More info from Sci-Fi Channel.

BSG co-creator David Eick may take that as some solace, as his other project, Bionic Woman, was not renewed by NBC. No real surprise since the network did not order new episodes following the Writer’s Strike and its low ratings.

New BSG artwork / three season recap

joe__gee writes, Sci Fi’s BSG site has been through a revamp. There’s a beautiful cast art photograph with the characters arranged in the fashion of Da Vinci’s Last Supper. Jesus is a surprising choice, Judas was a no-brainer. Peter has been repositioned, but he’s holding his knife. Beyond those three I’m not certain who is who, but I suspect there are clues to the coming season scattered through the image. Oh, there’s also an eight minute recap of the previous three seasons.
