HBO has renewed the fantasy series for a third season, making many a fan very happy. Season 2 of the show just got underway last month.
No word on what the season will cover, since Book 3, A Storm of Swords, is pretty long and involved. Perhaps split it into two seasons?
What say you about Season 2 thus far?

I wanted to through out a discussion article to see what everyone thinks of the series now that we’re five episodes in and have five more to go before the end of Season One (not to fear kids, HBO has already signed on for another season).
HBO rolled out the much hyped and highly anticipated new series last week. How does it compare to the books? How does it stand on its own?
I may have, at one time or another, gushed about this series. As the premiere of the HBO series draws nearer, they are releasing more and more previews. This latest, long preview, shows just how awesome these books are and the quality that’s going into the series.
