Brad Pitt to Join "Troy"
Apparently Brad Pitt has opted out of the psychological fantasy "The Fountain" to join up with Wolfgang Petersen and his epic.
Darn, and I was hoping that "Troy" would be watchable.
Harris’s Potter role unaffected by illness
Anonymous Coward writes, BBC Story has it that Harris will play in the third Potter movie.
Hmmm. Perhaps our discussions have been in vain. Well, it’s good to hear that Harris isn’t as ill as first reported.

According to Sci-Fi Wire, he may need to be replaced due to his failiing health.
"Buffy" Immoral?
Well according to right-wing Parents Television Council, "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" is the most immoral show on the airwaves today. They also critizied shows like "Friends" for promiscuous lifestyles and "Will and Grace" for obvious reasons. They even have the affrontery to malign "CSI"
This from the same group that label Pax TV’s "Doc" as quality entertainment. They also list "Smallville" as family-friendly entertainment.

Marvel just released a promotional issue of Fantastic Four. At nine cents US, or fifteen cents Canadian, it’s hard to come up with a convincing reason not to buy this issue. If you’re looking for reasons to avoid this purchase, then this is not a review you want to read.

MGM movies move to comics
According to this Cinescape article, Avatar Press has optioned the rights to make comics based on the MGM TV series Stargate SG-1, and the MGM movies Robocop, and Species.
