Ok, so my niece’s friend Darian has way too much time on his hands…. His Star Trek/Law and Order crossover movie still has a certain charm.

Get a sneak peek at the third season of Enterprise from UPN.com. The season starts next Wednesday, the 10th.

Also attached to the article is a picture of T’Pol’s new uniform for
the upcoming season of Enterprise. Go check it out and be
awed, because this uniform is one of the stars of the new season,
or so we’ve been told. I’m all for the injection of new
creative talent into Star Trek. Shatner’s involvement with the
franchise has primarily been under Roddenberry, so as long as
he can keep himself behind the camera, he might actually come
up with something worthwhile.

It’s been a busy summer, ’bout time I got around to this one.

Swanwick, noted author, has been doing a little
something called the Periodic
Table of Science Fiction, and the element featured
this week is Seaborgium. Give it a click – I found it funny.
I laughed out loud. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have some
partially chewed Pez to clean up.

Cinescape
is reporting that Star Trek: Voyager seems poised for
an entirely unsurprising 2004 release, in much the same manner
as Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star
Trek: Deep Space Nine enjoy. There’s also mention of
complete season packages of the original series being made
available in the future. UPDATE: Gord, founder of TV Shows on DVD,
has just informed me that there was no official annoucement of a
TOS release at VSDA, and that Paramount officials couldn’t
confirm the “interesting speculation” about the release. The
Voyager release is confirmed, but the TOS is still uncertain to say
the least.

appeal,
and being confused about declining ratings.

Braga told reporters, “I don’t think creatively we were doing
anything wrong.”, so why did viewers bail last year? “Don’t know,”
Braga said matter-of-factly. “Don’t know.”
