writes, I got to see a press screening of
Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones. I
have written a review but it is the first time I
have ever delved this deeply into a movie,
hopefully you enjoy it. I have left out all
spoilers, I make reference to one specific part
of the movie but it was in the trailers, so don’t
worry about it. Read the review and go see the
movie, if you are unsure if you want to see it
opening day, all I have to say is buy your
tickets now. The sort of it is that this movie
was far better than Episode I and I thought it
was better than Spider-Man.

Attack of the Clones tickets on sale
Tickets for Attack of the Clones went on
sale yesterday in my area. That means that
anyone in a decent urban center should have a
local theater that is selling tickets now.
A third version of Star Wars Episode 4?
There have been rumours floating around for a
while that Star Wars episodes 4-6 will be
modified to flow better with Episodes 1-3. The
first substantial evidence I’ve seen applies only
to Episode 4, and is being reported here
on Cinescape.
Star Wars toys revealed
There’s some minor spoilage to be found in this
Cinescape article that has four pages of
photos of Star Wars toys.
Ewan MacGregor aging Make-Up Test
AICN has what appears to be a make-up test for Ewan MacGregor. Check out the phenomenal work here. I used to be concerned about the obviously different actor playing Obi-Wan, and the jump in appearance that we’d get between episodes 3 and 4. I’m no longer worried.
Harry Knowles reviews “Attack of the Clones”
Harry Knowles has seen a rough cut of Star
Wars: Attack of the Clones and has posted his
review here.
It contains some mild spoilers, but none that
haven’t already been revealed in other places.
If you already know which characters are in the
movie and how they relate to each other, you’ll
receive no spoilers here.
News From Coruscant
It seems there’s a mock news site up set in the
world of Star Wars, as part of the ad campaign for
episode 2. You can check it out here.
All Four Star Wars Trailers Online
And they are the REAL ones, including “Clone War” which aired last night. Check them out in all their QuickTime glory.
Mmmm. Psyched I am.
Star Wars trailer hits TV next week
On March 10, the fourth Star Wars trailer (titled
“Clone Wars”) will premier on Fox between
Malcolm in the Middle and The
X-Files. The Fox feed I get will be
simulcast with a local Global which may not have
the trailer, so I guess I’ll depend on a
description from you readers to get me by until
it hits online.
Are they in or out?
PerlStalker
writes, I seems that no one can agree on
whether N*Sync is
going to be on AOTC or not. TFN has been
running several stories in their Episode
II section trying to sort out the whole mess.
Here are a couple of links from those pages.
Ananova reporting N*Sync is out.
The
Carson Radio Show interview with Joey Fonton of
N*Sync that confirms the story above.
E! Online reporting that N*Sync is not
officially out.
A SciFi.com interview with Lucasfilm’s Lynne Hale
that says the same thing as E! Online
It sounds like they play absolutely
inconsequential characters with no lines. Even
fans of the group might miss their appearance.
If that’s accurate, I don’t see why their
presence or non-presence should matter.
