That’s right gang, it’s now a seven month wait till we get to see another episode of Galactica.
Though the release from Sci-Fi Channel says it will be returning to its same timeslot, there are some rumblings that the hit show may be moving to NBC. It’s just a rumor at this point, but since NBC owns Sci-Fi Channel (and they are ratings desperate) there is a shred of plausibility to it.
Cunning_Linguist writes, According to Sci Fi Wire, TV Guide and the Sci Fi Channel are going to be offering a free download of the best (IMHO) episode of Battlestar Galactica yet. SWEET! 8) If they want to offer legal downloads, then I’m all for promoting it. It sounds like AOL is doing this too, with Babylon 5 episodes among others, if the introduction to The Babylon 5 Scripts of J. Michael Straczynski is any indication.

Lawless will join the cast of Battlestar Galactica on
a more or less permanent basis beginning in season
3. D’anna Biers is also scheduled to appear on
the February 24th episode of this season, an episode
that reportedly deals with the fleet from a Cylon
point of view.
Let’s hope that this turns out better than when
she joined The X-Files in a similar capacity.
Galactica is tasked to protect a mining operation within an asteroid field, putting a heavy burden on the Viper pilots who must contend with a hotshot Cylon raider they call Scar.
