Newcomers Dominic McLaughlin, Alastair Stout and Arabella Stanton have been cast as Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger. They will play the starring roles in a TV epic that will span at least a decade.

Who is ready for some Sci-Fi TV Trivia? With the pandemic raging on, I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s caught up on every old show that’s available on streaming.
This week, the set up is pretty simple. I give you three members of a show’s cast, you just have to name the Sci-Fi show they were all on. There’s a twist, that I won’t reveal just yet, but I’m sure you smart cookies will figure it out.
Season Two wrapped up a week ago for Amazon’s series, The Boys. It was even more brutal than Season One. What say you kids? Good? Bad? Ugly?

SyFy has ordered a two-hour pilot of another BSG prequel titled Battlestar Galactica: Blood and Chrome.
The announced plan is for the show to center around a young William “Husker” Adama, rookie pilot aboard the newly built Battlestar Galactica.

The long weekend is not quite over yet where I am. This season has driven my inner geeks to a state of total war.
HBO has given the greenlight for 10 episodes based on George R. R. Martin’s fantasy series, A Song of Ice and Fire. The pilot is in post-production now and no word on how far into the books (or just book) the season will go.
Yours truly has reviewed most of the series, starting with “A Game of Thrones.”
