DVD News – Babylon 5 and Smallville
TV Shows on DVD has the skinny; Warner Bros. is speeding up production on the Babylon 5 DVD sets, and will include more extras in each season. Also, they’ll be putting out the first season of Smallville on March 18. I really need a paying job again; between these, the next season or two of Buffy, the first season or two of Angel, the continuing X-Files sets, and the release of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, 2003 will be an expensive year. That’s not counting the releases of Daredevil, X-Men 2, Hulk, LOTR: The Two Towers, Matrix 2, and possibly Matrix 3 either.

Firefly back on tonight
y42 writes, Just thought that a little heads up that Firefly will be on
tonight (instead of old Adam Sandler flicks) might be in
order…
That’s a good sign.
Tremors: The Series
Daemonik writes, In light of the apparent cancelation of Farscape, Sci-Fi has decided to make another ……. questionable….. programming choice.
Yes, for everyone who couldn’t get enough of survivalist Burt Gummer in the three Tremors movies will now get to see him splatter giant worms on a weekly basis. Joy.
I don’t know about the two sequels, but the first one was a hoot.
