codejnki writes, Over at the www.tron20.net website are some pretty cool looking extras, including an interactive screen saver app. There are clues on the website to unlock features of the screen saver, and once you unlock the screen saver you can unlock more features on the website. I find it cool that they’ve some how managed to capture the essence of the original movie which I’m able to point to direcly as the reason I became a programmer in the first place. Cheers. The site seems to require that you have a PC or Mac with Shockwave Flash to use all of the features. That leaves me out, but I that’s no reason not to let you folk know about it.
Buffy, Smallville premiers
Just a reminder that the seventh season of Buffy The Vampire Slayer and the second season of Smallville start on Tuesday, September 24. Be ready to catch them on UPN and the WB, and always remember to check your local listings.

Well, the Emmys were awarded once again. Genre shows weren’t even nominated, so naturally they didn’t win. All of the winners can be looked up here.
Firefly Review – “The Train Job”
We forgot to remind you that Firefly and John Doe premiered last night (even though Daemonik tried to remind us to remind you.) Well, we’ve got the first Firefly review here. Share your thoughts on Joss Whedon’s new show. If we want to keep Fox from cancelling it, we need to get people watching, so we should get people talking. (I’ll try to dig up some ratings numbers as soon as I can.)

‘Hitchhiker’ goes to Hollywood

Galaxy is going to be made into the feature film. This was originally announced some time ago, but production was delayed after the death of Douglas Adams. Things are moving again.
